Weddle served as the Construction Manager for this downtown technology park project that will use existing historic structures to house coworking and entrepreneurial startup space. The project is a mix of new construction and restoration work to bring a mixed-use area with brick paved streets and a community feel to this new tech sector. The 'hub' of this project is the new business and start-up space being created our of the historic former Showers Dimension Mill.
