Weddle has been building green for years, before terms like “LEED” and “sustainable design” were buzzwords in our industry. Weddle employs LEED-Accredited Professionals who understand the standards and practices of the USGBC for building high-performing, energy-efficient, sustainable buildings and infrastructure.

Weddle has constructed numerous projects that have attained their designed level of LEED Certification.

SAFETY

Safety is a core value and a fabric of our culture. Our commitment to safety starts at the top as our senior leaders and managers consistently communicate the importance and magnitude of safety.

From new-hire orientation; continual reviews of safe operating procedures and hazard analysis; training programs; implementation of best practices; and continuous improvement of our processes, we work every day to insure the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and each of our project partners. Further, we ask for our employees, subcontractors, and project partners to join us and make a personal commitment to keeping everyone safe as well.
