The New Northwest Monroe County YMCA is a project where Weddle served as Construction Manager at Risk. This was a new structure built to serve residents on the Northwest side of the county and provide services for the local community. The project schedule was a 12 month duration, made complex by the fact that three separate functions were housed in this building. The Owner’s pre-determined “Grand Opening” scheduled months in advance was delivered by Weddle.
