Weddle served as the Construction Manager for this project as well as the surrounding site and infrastructure that has set off the foundation of the Trades District. The Mill serves as a coworking and business incubator space that also hosts community and corporate events. The space includes cubicle space, shared workspace, and several meeting rooms. Weddle worked with the City of Bloomington as well as the Executive Director of The Mill, to renovate the 103 year old building.
