THE MILL

Originally built in 1915 as a sawmill factory, The Mill sat vacant for years until it was acquired by the City of Bloomington. Today, it stands as the centerpiece of Bloomington's Technology Park - The Trades District. The Mill functions as a coworking and business incubator space, while also hosting community and corporate events. It features cubicle spaces, shared work areas, and multiple meeting rooms, fostering innovation and collaboration.
