Indiana University Tulip Tree Apartments Renovation was a “must meet schedule” renovation of approximately 220,000 sq ft of apartments on the IU campus. The schedule of this project was 22 months. Working in coordination with the owner and subcontractors, Weddle developed a schedule that allowed for continued use of the facility during a complete remodel. Occupancy during this project was maintained and both interim occupancy dates for this fast paced project were on time.
