The Indiana University 3rd and Union Apartments houses a combination of 102 one bedroom and studio apartments. Each living space features a full kitchen, living space, private bathroom, and bedroom. Weddle served as the General Contractor on this new build project. This was a must meet schedule project as upper-classmen students were slated to move into the building to start the fall semester and Weddle was able to successfully complete the project on time.
