Weddle served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Linear Accelerator Vault addition at the IU Health Bedford Radiation Oncology Center. A new concrete vault was added to the building while roofing and exterior finishes were tied into the existing facility. Interior finishes included drywall, painting, casework, and anti-static flooring. MEP systems were extended into the room from existing building infrastructure. Weddle performed coordination with subcontractors to ensure all infrastructure was installed to meet the requirements of the Varian equipment documents. A new control room was built out to provide Radiation Therapists with a modern interface to the treatment room.
