Weddle served as the Design Builder in conjunction with Cooler Design for this 4,000 sq ft physical therapy campus on the north side of Bloomington, IN. The project started as a greenfield site, and took 9 months to complete after breaking ground. The space included a front desk and welcome area, office space, meeting rooms, and patient rooms and equipment. Weddle was integral to overcoming challenges with the site that included karst features and parking lot layout restrictions. We worked with all parties to deliver on the owners vision for his business.
